What's your turnaround time?

Average production time is 20-25 business days. Adding custom dye to an order can potentially extend that time.

Dye MOQ starts at 60 pcs per color/style.

What types of garments can you dye?

most garments that are 100% cotton we can custom dye. Hoodies, tees, sweatpants, etc. We always recommend PFD/RTD garments because sometimes even if a garment is listed as 100% cotton, it could have a synthetic material for the stitching, which will not abosorb the dye.

How many different color options are there?

We can pantone match, so there are over 2000 colors to choose from. If you don't have a pantone color reference, we can try and match a digital image, but due to differences in calibration, colors may look different on your device compared to ours. For accuracy, we always recommend using a pantone color call out.

Can I send a photo example of a dye I want replicated?

Yes we can replicate most dye techniques, just reach out a sales rep and we can see what we can do for you.

What do you mean by pantone match?

Pantones are a color system with different codes associated with specific colors. We use the "solid coated pantone" colors, which you could look up online or buy a guide book and we can match that color with dye. This is the most accurate method to try and match a color o your choice.

Will each garment be exactly the same?

If in the same batch, it will be very simliar across the board. Please allow for some variance. If you do pick a pantone, after the inital dye, it will look very simliar, but after the wash, dyes tend to get a slight shade lighter.

Do you offer samples?

Yes you can place a sample order with us. We highly recommend sampling for any special dye techniques or if you are highly particular about colors.

We can custom dye garments to pantone match or apply speciality dye techniques. We recommend using garments that are listed as PFD (prepared for dyeing) or RTD (ready to dye). PFD/RTD refers to garments that are 100% cotton, no added whiteners, no synthentic materials, and can fully absorb dyes.

Most commonly applicable on 100% cotton tees, hoodies, sweatpants, and sweatshorts.

Reactive Dye

The most common dye process in which we run a solid color dye to match your pantone callout. This is the most stable dye method, meaning that results are highly consistent throughout the dye batch.

Pigment Dye

After the dye, we run a special wash process to give the garment a "vintage" style look. Garment color will look faded, and will typically have more variance compared to reactive dye.

Dip Dye

You can pick two colors and we can have it blend into each other with this special technique.

Novelty dyes

We can also accomdate most special requests such as tie dye, stone wash, or enzyme wash. Just send us a photo example of what technique you'd like to replicate.
