A good start is to provide the following info:
Average production time is approximately 15 business days. Once the order is complete, we organize and barcode your garments by style/size/color in our fulfillment center,. We then ship everything out typically within 1-3 business days, but can vary depending on the scale of the order.
1. you place a pre-sold production order with us
2. once the order is complete, we quality check, organize, and store your items
3. we sync with your online shop like Shopify, pull all order info, and print the shipping labels
4. ship to your customers
5. any extras can be shipped to you after fulfillment is complete

We are able to store your items in our 20,000 sq ft facility without it having to take up any space in your building.
We have a full time staff for fulfillment, and can add people when needed. With a team dedicated to shipping out orders, we can get orders out fast with accuracy.
When shipping a huge bulk production order to you directly, you have to pay a high cost for shipping. Keeping the items at our facilities saves you that cost and time.
