What's your turnaround time?

Average production time is 20-25 business days. Production time starts once invoice is paid in full and we have all blanks on hand. The more services/add ons required in your project can potentially extend the turnaround time.

What type of woven labels can you make?

We can make labels at any size, straight cut or center fold. Most common material used is satin, but for any speciality requests, feel free to reach out.

Can I provide my own woven labels?

Yes you can, and we will just charge for the attachment service.

What locations can you sew on woven labels?

Neck area, end of cuff of a sleeve, bottom edge of a garment, inside a hat

What types of bags do you use for your fold/bag service?

We use clear poly bags that are heat sealed for tees, clear poly bags that with an adhesive closure for fleece.

Can I provide my own bags for the fold/bag service?

Yes you can provide your own custom bags.

Whats your minimum for custom hang tags?

For custom hang tags, 1000 pcs For custom sticker hang tags, 50 pcs

If I order bulk custom woven labels or hang tags, can you store them?

We can hold your labels and hang tags in house to continuously apply onto your orders for your convenience.

Do you offer finishing services for samples?

We do not apply finishing services for single sample orders, only full production.
